As the former owner of Velvet Lounge Hair Parlour on Burrard, Amanda spent a decade building a space known for its welcoming energy, elevated service, and strong community. That experience shaped her approach today; grounded in consistency, communication, and creating an experience that feels just as good as the result.

Amanda specializes in total transformations, with a particular love for lived-in blondes, seamless colour, and precision cutting. She is especially skilled with curly hair, taking the time to understand texture, movement, and how hair lives day-to-day. Her work is designed to grow out beautifully, giving clients effortless, low-maintenance results without sacrificing impact.
